Privacy

Solutio, Inc., the “Developer” of the app, will not access or use the end user's (“User”) information or content in anyway. The organization for which the app has been developed, and the Developer, will only have access to the User’s personal information in the event that the User submits a form via the app that provides this information in public manner.

Location

This app utilizes GPS features which allow the User to receive information and notifications based on their location relative to the organization’s address. The User will have the ability to navigate to the organization’s location via GPS. Geo-fencing will utilize the GPS coordinates to allow the User to receive notifications. The User may turn off the ability for the app to determine location. The result of this action will be a disabling of the apps ability to provide the features associated with the usage of GPS coordinates.

SMS

By giving the app permission to access the SMS feature of the User’s mobile device, the User will have the ability to message other mobile devices listed for the organization’s staff/volunteers.

Phone

The app is designed with the ability for a User to call a phone number by clicking on it. To provide this functionality, the User must give the app permission to access the phone feature on the mobile device.

Receive data from the Internet

The content and data that the app displays is derived from websites and sources that require internet access. The User must be connected to the internet via wi-fi or mobile data connection to be able to view and interact with the information the app provides.

View network connections

The app requires access to view network connections to allow it determine via which source (wi-fi or mobile data connection) it can obtain the data and content to display. The app will warn the User if there is not internet connection.

Wi-Fi connection information

The app requires a connection to the internet to load data and content. If the signal from the available wi-fi connection is too weak or not providing internet access, then the app will provide a warning that an internet connection is required.

Photos / Media / Files / Videos

The User must grant permission for the app to have access to Photos / Media / Files / Videos if they intend to download content from the app to their mobile device. Access must also be granted if the User intends to upload any content to the app.

Device ID & call information – read phone status and identity

In order for the User to make a phone call directly from the app, it is required that the app be able to detect whether or not the user is currently engaged in a call or receiving a call.

Push Notifications

The app has the ability to send push notifications to the User. If the User gives permission to the app to accept these push notifications, then a tone and vibration will occur when a notification is received. If the User has their mobile device set to mute, then there may only be a vibration.

Forms

The app has forms available through which users may submit a contact request or other similar requests. If the user chooses to submit these forms, the app will keep a permanent record of the request including any information submitted in the process of submitting the form. Additionally, an email will be sent to an address affiliated with the entity for which the app has been published with the same information included in the permanent record.
